Once I finish meeting with the remaining officers, I am going to establish set positions for next year's executive board and create detailed position descriptions. In order to make a finalized packet/binder for each officer, I am going to create one for my position first. This way I can answer all my own questions and set a guideline for all the other officer binders.
As far as the amount of time available to complete the project, I may be cutting it close. In order to avoid any deadline failures, I am going to finalize the master binder, which will go to the club president, before I create each separate binder. That way I have all the necessary information in one place; the only thing I will need to do is to make copies of each section.
I was hoping to be a little further along by now, but if I stick to my new timeline I should have no problems completing everything.
