Brouillette- Post #2

A lot has happened since the last time I wrote a post. My last post never got posted instead it just got saved. My fault entirely. I just posted it.

I have finished all of my proposals for my magazine and now I have just been hitting the ground running. I am currently in the process of collecting advertisements for my magazine. I have been getting a pretty good response from local wineries and businesses. My goal is to have at least twelve ads to put in my magazine. This will hold my 60/40 ratio of content versus ads.

I have finished my first feature story. It is on the Adams County Winery. I interviewed one of the co-owners of the winery. His name was John Kramb. He spoke all about the history of the winery and was a very pleasant man to talk to. He also permitted me to take his picture and digitally record our interview together. He asked one thing of me in return: to send him the finished product of my magazine which will not be a problem since it will be online.

Right now I am working on the break of the book. I have everything where I want it to go, I just need to do a more detailed sketch of the layout and design of my magazine.
