Keeley-Week 4

My project is finally well on its way after some minor difficulties. There was a lot of confusion when creating the postcard and poster for the event. I had to make several adjustments over the past two weeks, but they are finally finished. Tonight I have to create a postcard that will go out to members with all the submission details on it. Then, tomorrow I will attend Shape's monthly meeting. This will give me a chance to talk to the board as a whole. For the project we have decided to ask for donations to help Better Days Animal League by asking members for donations. My next step in the project is sending out the postcards and hanging up the posters. The board President has sent out the mass email to all members. It is critical that I get the posters and postcards printed immediately, but it is the Presidents job to make that happen. Right now, I am worried with the amount of time I have left. The deadline is rapidly approaching, and we need to get the word out about the event. This week, I need to write a press release about the event. Wish me luck as November 4 is almost here!
