For my second week into my project I have set up a meeting with the editor of the Relflector as well as the advisor and the PR person they have on staff. We will be meeting sometime after break most likely on Thursday to sit down and discuss what goals we have for the implementation of my campaign as well as the goals the Reflector has for this semester as well.
After meeting with Dr. Sipes, we decided I need to reevaluate my goals in order to make them fit better with the short amount of time i actually have to complete this project. My timeline also needs to be reevaluated to fit with the goals I will have set.
I want to have 3 main goals for the project, the first being to get a larger amount of submissions from last year. The other two goals will focus on successful events such as an open house event as well as a poetry reading. These are ideas and i hope to have them finalized after my meeting with the staff next week.
So until then that is my update for this week.
